The project consists of a group of health and entertainment facilities, as it contains an integrated sports hall, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa. It also includes one of the largest halls for events and conferences in Baghdad, which has an area of approximately 900 square meters. It is worth noting that the project was designed to have large areas of outdoor seating, which will be facing the dancing fountain on the Tigris River, a series of modern restaurants overlooking the river side as well, and a number of cinemas with the latest technology.
