Al-Asriya Emirates Company (official owner of the hotel) has invested its project to build a tourist hotel and its location facing the holy Kadhimiya shrine, in order to revive religious tourism in Iraq and serve visitors from all over the world. The area of the hotel is estimated at (600) square meters, with a design of 9 floors, two halls for events, in addition to two restaurants.
